There is much controversy whether it is helpful to exercise.
From my experience it is good to stay mobile but in moderation.
It is not good to do strength training.
It is good to do range of motion to keep limbs from seizing up.
Walking, etc. is good but do not do it to a point where you wear yourself out.
I have often heard it explained this way. Your muscles are like a battery, once you have run out of battery you are in trouble because it does not recharge. If you work them hard they discharge quicker. If you damage them by exercising they do not heal. I have found that to be true.
Everyone is different so please be careful and don't cause yourself irreparable damage.
If you insist on exercising then do light exercises and don’t strain or hurt your muscles.
